Everyone with a fence knows the voltmeter.
A voltmeter is used to measure the voltage on the fence. If you want to know what voltage is on the fence when an animal is pressing against it, a post is often placed against the fence, and the voltage is measured in front of the post. This is the voltage the animal feels.

Patura understood that carrying a post is not always convenient, especially if the fence is long. They have developed a voltmeter with a switch. With this switch, you can check how much voltage is on the fence, both when no animal is leaning against it and when an animal is. This allows you to quickly see how much voltage the animal will experience. The meter indicates this in kV.

When the animal is leaning against the fence, the voltage must still be at least 2000 volts. If it drops below this, the animal will not be sufficiently deterred and will lose respect for the fence.

Voltmeter

Met een voltmeter meet men welke spanning op de afrastering staat. Maar weet u ook hoeveel spanning uw dier voelt wanneer deze tegen de afrastering staat?
