Do I have a warranty on the items I ordered?

Of course! At Nedlandicwe guarantee that the product you purchase is in good condition and will function properly with normal use — this is the legal warranty. As long as you use the products as intended, everything should be fine.

If that’s not the case, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution. Depending on the item, we’ll arrange a repair or a refund of the purchase amount.

What is my proof of warranty?

Your invoice or purchase receipt also serves as your proof of warranty. We store the invoice in your account under your order, so you’ll never lose it.
