You’ll find our return policy below. The main point is that you’re allowed to take your time to think about your purchase. If the item isn’t a good match, you may return it to us free of charge within the return period.

Return Conditions

1. There is always a return period of at least 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.

2. Multiple items in one order? You’re in luck: by law, the return period only starts once you’ve received all items. This rule applies per seller. The most important thing is that you always receive the maximum return period.

3. The item must be in its original packaging (as far as possible).

4. Products must be unused, undamaged, and with tags still attached (if applicable).

Items that cannot be returned:
