Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices on nedlandic.nl and hooiruiven.eu are inclusive of VAT.

Can I choose a different billing and delivery address?
Yes, this is possible. In the shopping cart, you can select the option “I want to use a different billing address” at the bottom of the delivery address page.

I forgot to enter a different billing or delivery address, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. The quickest way is to send an email to orders@nedlandic.com. You can always call to check if everything has been processed correctly. You can reach us at 0(+31)342-444585.

How much are the shipping costs?
This depends on the product. When you add the product to the shopping cart, the shipping costs will be calculated.

If I order above a certain amount, do I get free shipping?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Due to the various sizes and large pallets we ship, we cannot offer free delivery.

Are there extra costs to deliver products to the Wadden Islands?
Currently, the shipping costs to the Wadden Islands are the same as for the rest of the Netherlands.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver from www.nedlandic.nl to the Netherlands and Belgium. The webshops www.nedlandic.de , www.hindernisseshop.de and sattelschrankeshop.de deliver to Germany. Upon request, we can deliver throughout the European Union.

How much hay fits into a hay net?
This cannot be estimated precisely. It depends on the type of hay you will put in the hay net/slow feeder, as well as the size of the bale and how tightly it is pressed.

Which mesh size should I choose?
This depends on your horse or pony. If your horse or pony is food aggressive, it is advisable not to choose a 3cm mesh size as it could tear the net. The most commonly sold mesh size is 4.5cm, which is the middle size. A mesh size of 6cm is quite large, meaning horses or ponies can pull large hay portions through the net.

When choosing the mesh size, it is also important to consider the type of hay you will place in the net. If the hay is tightly packed, a larger mesh size may be better.

In what colors can I order the jumping poles?
We offer the jumping poles in 10 different colors: white, yellow, green, blue, red, brown, purple, pink, silver, and gold. You can also choose to add color covers to the poles. These are available in the following colors: white, yellow, green, blue, red, purple, pink, silver, gold, and black. The color covers fit around the pole, giving it a two-tone look.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay with iDEAL, bank transfer, PayPal, MisterCash, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, CBC, and KBC.

Can I pay after the purchase?
This is not possible. However, you can pick up the products in person and pay via card or in cash at that time.

Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice via the webshop. This is not the original invoice, but an invoice from our accounting system, which will be emailed to you. Due to the attachment, the email might end up in your spam folder. This invoice will show exactly what you will receive. If there is an error on the invoice, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I buy with a 0% VAT rate?
As a consumer or company in the Netherlands, this is not possible. However, if you have a business abroad and the products are also delivered abroad, this falls under VAT-exempt laws.

Can I return products?
Yes, you can return products. Return costs are at your expense unless we made a mistake. For the return process, please contact us.

Can I pick up products at Nedlandic?
Yes, this is certainly possible. You can order the products online and choose the “pick up” option. We will contact you beforehand to arrange a pick-up appointment. Alternatively, you can call us to make an appointment, and you don’t need to pay in advance.

Can I pay in the warehouse?
Yes, this is certainly possible. You can pay in cash or with a card.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Can I pick up products in the evening?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

I accidentally placed a duplicate order, what should I do?
It is best to fill out the contact form with your details and indicate that you placed two orders. We often notice this while processing the order, and we will contact you as soon as we realize it.

I forgot to select the colors. What should I do?
You can still provide the colors through the contact form. You can also wait until we contact you, but this may delay the shipping of your order.

I can’t check out. I click on “pay with iDEAL” but it doesn’t work.
It may be that you have too many cached files. You can clear this by deleting your browsing history. It could also be an issue with the web browser. Try using a different browser. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us by phone.
